This Refund Policy explains the rules, conditions, and limitations regarding refunds, subscription cancellations, billing disputes, chargebacks, and account access for Lynked Up services, memberships, software, AI tools, dashboards, and educational products.

1. Digital Product Policy

Lynked Up provides digital software, AI systems, educational materials, dashboards, funnels, automation tools, training, downloadable resources, and membership access.

Because digital products are immediately accessible and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally considered final once access is granted.

By purchasing Lynked Up services, you acknowledge and agree that digital access may begin immediately after purchase, limiting refund eligibility.

2. Subscription Billing

  • Your initial setup payment includes your first month of access.
  • After the initial billing period, your membership renews automatically at $25 per month unless canceled.
  • There are no long-term contracts.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation stops future recurring charges.
  • Your account remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • No additional monthly charges will occur after cancellation.

Canceling your membership does not automatically qualify for a refund of previous charges.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under limited circumstances including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Verified billing errors
  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved
  • Unauthorized purchases confirmed by investigation

Refund requests must generally be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Lynked Up unless otherwise required by law.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting support for resolution:

  • Your account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
  • Access to all Lynked Up services may be revoked.
  • Future purchases may be restricted.
  • The dispute may be submitted with supporting evidence to the payment processor.
Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund policies, or false payment disputes may result in legal action where permitted by law.

6. Loss of Access

Lynked Up reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of platform rules, abuse, fraud, misuse of software, unauthorized sharing of accounts, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.

Terminated accounts due to policy violations are generally not eligible for refunds.

7. Exceptions & Legal Rights

Certain jurisdictions may provide additional consumer rights regarding refunds and digital purchases. Nothing in this policy limits rights required under applicable law.
